Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager Workplace to join our team in Malmö. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of workplace IT services across the organization. You will ensure these services are cost-effective, secure, and aligned with our business goals.
As a key stakeholder in our service governance organization, you will work closely with internal system owners, suppliers, and project teams to continuously improve the way we work and collaborate. You will also play a central role in driving standardization, supplier management, and IT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workplace IT strategy and delivery, ensuring availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Own planning, budgeting, and cost control for workplace services and projects.
- Act as system owner and subject matter expert in defined CIO areas.
- Drive improvements in workplace infrastructure including devices, tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Ensure strong supplier management, including performance follow-up and contract understanding.
- Maintain compliance with IT governance, ISO standards, and security frameworks.
- Manage workplace-related incidents, problems, and improvements.
- Lead and participate in IT projects across the organization.
- Stay up to date with market trends, conducting supplier evaluations and tool assessments.
Who are you and what do you bring?
- Proven experience in IT governance and ISO27001 implementation.
- Strong technical skills with a good business mindset.
- Deep understanding of workplace infrastructure (e.g. computers, mobile devices, productivity tools, printers, security software).
- Knowledge of domain and certificate management.
- Solid project management and leadership abilities.
- Strong supplier management and contract awareness.
- Strategic and structured decision-maker with problem-solving skills.
- Team player with high integrity and a proactive mindset.
- Service oriented personality.
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT services governance.
