Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Test Lead to join our growing team in Luleå. This is a vital role where you will lead and coordinate end-to-end testing across our product portfolio, combining hardware, embedded systems, and cloud services.

You will work closely with test teams in Luleå, Madrid, and Malmö. Your mission is to plan, coordinate, and drive testing activities, while also actively participating in the testing work yourself. You will ensure that our test processes are effective, scalable, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of our testing frameworks and automation initiatives.
• Develop and drive project-specific test plans, including long-term planning for complex products such as our smartwatch products.
• Contribute to the development of our overall testing strategy, including field trials and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective workflows for both continuous testing and structured release testing.

Who are you and what are your qualifications?

• Solid experience with both manual and automated testing in tech-driven environments.
• Ability to independently drive planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities.
• Experience working with hardware, embedded systems, and cloud services is a plus.
• Experience with project management or coordination within testing is highly valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
