Technical Customer Support 

Do you have a passion for technology and a knack for finding bugs? Do you enjoy solving problems and helping others? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Technical Customer Support role. 

We are looking for a young, talented, and motivated individual to join our team in Paris, France and support our growth. Someone who would like to work in a fast-changing environment.

Yor first role will be to help existing and new customers get to grips with the products.

Training will be provided on the entire range and how it works in the customer's environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Level 1 support on the existing range of telecare products. Answering phone calls from customers helping them to activate products.
  • Handle telecare protocols. Some backend monitoring.
  • Service management, fault analysis and follow-up with the production engineer
  • Management of orders and cancellations (Importing devices ordered by customer on their portal, sim cancellation and delete devices)
  • Once mastering the products, an evolution to presales, hand in hand with the Country Manager is possible.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications:

Technical skills:

  • You have experience with embedded & connected devices and cloud solutions.
  • You have experience in writing code in Python and Java
  • Telecom protocols

Teamwork skills:

  • You are a team player who can collaborate effectively with others and share your knowledge and ideas.
  • You are also able to work independently and take initiative.

Communication skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. As the company's head office is in Sweden, all internal communication is in English. Multiple subsidiaries in Europe.
  • French native is required for French customers.
  • You can explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to different audiences.
